IBM Recruitment Process
IBM conducts 3-4 rounds of interview to select a candidate for their organization.
Academic Criteria required for IBM:
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma or Equivalent
- 65% or Above/ Equivalent CGPA in B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Tech/M.E/MCA
- No backlogs at the time of interview
- Minimum 1 year of education gap
In the written round, you will have general aptitude questions, English assessment test. For Aptitude test you’ll be given 2:15 mins and for English assessment test, you’ll be given 20 mins.
If you passed the written round, you’ll appear in this technical round. We cant be sure what questions will be asked in this round but mostly about Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Operating System, Networking, OOPs concepts and at least a programming language of your choice.
